Lights out in Thornbury to reduce town's carbon footprint
STREET lights are starting to go out in Thornbury to help reduce the town’s carbon footprint.
This month South Gloucestershire Council’s street lighting team have started to fit special switches to certain street lights so that they can be turned off between the hours of midnight and 5am.
