Campese went on to become a Wallabies legend, while Alan Webber's 34-year-old son is poised on the cusp of formula one greatness.
At the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend, Mark Webber has the chance to become the first Australian to claim the world championship since Alan Jones in 1980.
