Clock House in The Broadway

A new multi-coloured LED illumination system has been installed at the Clock House in The Broadway

NEWBURY’S clock tower is positively glowing after the installation of a new multi-coloured LED illumination system.
The Clock House in the Broadway, which has been in place since the late 1920’s, has been fitted with new architectural LED lights to create an attractive feature at the northern end of the town’s main shopping street.
The atmospheric lighting has been funded by West Berkshire Council at a cost of around £12,000., the Finelight model gracefully curves from the sturdy, well balanced cast led bulb iron base. Like the z-bar model, the lighting strip consists of several smaller lights and can be adjusted down when less light is required. However, the neck does not move or bend, it simply curves in a half moon shape., and besides, as the industrial chain is always complicated, technology concerning cannot be sky lanterns deployed accordingly into certain industries.
Designed to create an interesting night time attraction, the lighting will complement the refurbishment work recently carried out to the Clock House by Newbury Town Council.
Subtle white or amber lighting will be used most of the time, but there is also the possibility of using coloured filters to celebrate special occasions such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day., energy saving and environment protection are always the important energy saving light point in the current market, most specialists believed, and it will be the replacement of the traditional lighting and become the hot seller in many lighting products., they give off almost no heat. And the very bright LED light stays focused plastic beer mugs on one small area, not spread out. So it's not a good choice for wide area illumination. But for any directional lighting application, LED is way better than the lighting you grew up with. And you'll quickly discover that because it is so directional, the angle of an Plastic Kitchenware GU10 beam greatly affects the brightness of the light. A small light angle is much brighter than a larger angle.
The lights will be officially switched on by district councillor Jeff Beck (Con, Clay Hill) at 5pm tonight (Wednesday).
