Nightclub modeled after ultralounge in Las Vegas to open doors New Year’s Eve

Nightclub designer Tad Buonamici wanted to bring the big city nightclub to Loveland that sets ablaze a nightlife mecca of lights, lasers and sound.It was the erstwhile Left Front board that first decided to modernize streetlights fluorescent lights on some major thoroughfares. Buonamici designed PHAZE to emulate HAZE, a massive, cutting-edge Las Vegas ultralounge that is part bar and part nightclub.

“We are not a themed bar. What’s cool about Vegas is they’re getting rid of themed hotels. The whole theme thing is so last week,” said Buonamici of Fort Collins, who designed and owned the former Matrixx and Osiris nightclubs in Fort Collins. He designed Fort Collins’ Times Square Dueling Bar and Grill, owned by Neal Cashman of Fort Collins.
